IT Service Management Workshop

Organizations often find themselves in the midst of an ITSM implementation but have not prepared the necessary processes to complete the adoption seamlessly. The Plexent IT Service Management Workshop enables adoption teams to focus on the holistic approach to IT Service Management (ITSM) in a two day program.

Who should attend?
Organizations should select three to five key professionals with accountability for delivering ITSM to participate in the workshop. These individuals must be ITIL® Foundation certified and have the skills to recognize new solutions for the entire enterprise.

What should you expect?
The IT Service Management Workshop will assist the adoption team in determining the focal points of the strategy and where best to begin. The team will leave the workshop with a high-level road map, which includes predecessor/successor relationships and key milestones. The experienced Plexent ITIL® Service Manager will also help the team determine if other frameworks will be necessary to complete the desired impact.
