ITSM Team Awareness

The team members are a critical part of any successful ITSM adoption. In order to assure an organization-wide adoption, enterprises must communicate the goals, tasks and objectives to the team through an awareness campaign targeted to the "culture shift" that is essential to a full-transformation.

During the two-to four-hour interactive session, teams will learn the basics of ITSM and how ITIL® impacts current and future projects. Each presentation is developed to incorporate the organization's direction, as well as the individual gains of each team member.
