What is the CMMI® Team Awareness Course?

As with any new adoption, team members are the core to a successful CMMI implementation. The involvement of each team member in each phase from the implementation scope to the evaluation phase will ensure the most complete organization-wide improvement.

The focus of this seminar is on communicating what the CMMI model expects from team members throughout the organization.  We also provide an understanding of the expected benefits and return on investment as it applies to each level of the organization.

The initial phase is comprised of team awareness through a solid understanding of CMMI benefits, goals, tasks and objectives important to achieving the "culture shift" that is necessary. During the interactive session, team members will learn the basics of CMMI and the impact on current projects, roles and responsibilities, as well as individual gains for each team member.
