Each 2-hour session, falicitated by a Plexent consultant, is conducted with groups of 12-18 people. Each provides a stucture for your participants (IT staff or relevant business customers) to experience the following:
- Discuss what has and has not worked well, regarding IT services, in a safe setting.
- Agree on a definition for the term "service."
- Give input regardging prioritization of IT services and IT projects.
- Understand how the individual can help make IT services great.
After the series, you'll receive the following:
- A detailed summary report, outlining feedback and priorities from the sessions.
- An adoption roadmap for your desired initiative.
- An enthusiastic team with a common vision to support some progress!
