- Class registrations are not confirmed until full payment or an authorized purchase order is received by Plexent.
- Plexent reserves the right to cancel any class. If a class is cancelled, students will be notified via telephone and e-mail to arrange for training credit. Every effort will be made to reschedule a cancelled class or transfer enrollments to a later date.
- Students may cancel their registration for a class with at least 21 calendar days advance notice and apply the credit to a future class without incurring any additional cost.
- A 50% refund will be given for any class registration cancelled between 14 and 21 calendar days prior to a class start date.
- No credit or refund will be given for any class registration cancelled less than 14 calendar days prior to a class start date.
- If a registered participant is unable to attend the course, a substitute attendee is welcome to take their place at no additional cost, provided the substitute is eligible to attend.
- Course attendee substitutions are acceptable any time prior to the course start date, but Plexent must be notified in writing (e-mail is acceptable) prior to the class start date.
