From West Katy Freeway, exit Dairy-Ashford Road (Exit 753B), and continue West to the underpass turnaround. Complete a u-turn onto Katy Freeway frontage road. We are located on the South side of Katy Freeway on the 13th floor of the Preferred Bank building. Free visitor parking is located in the parking garage.

Follow airport exit signs to Gulf Freeway. Merge Left (North) onto I-45/US-75. Continue on I-45 to the Left (West) exit for I-10/Katy Freeway.
