Plexent Announces IT Service Operations Division

September 9, 2011 – Dallas, TX – Plexent (http://www.plexent.com) announced today that it has launched a new division dedicated to IT service operations.
The types of projects that this division will support include:
- Process management (ITIL process areas such as problem, change, configuration, release,etc.)
- Project management (infrastructure, IT improvement)
- Service desk managers
- Technical management (network, storage, virtualization, cloud, mobility design and implementation)
- IT operations (network support, system administration)
- Application management
- Software implementation and adoption
Gordon Brown, Plexent’s President, explained, “Often we help customers design and implement efficient IT processes, systems and operations, and they’d like some help operating those environments for a period of time. This gives us the ability to offer that for our customers.”
