James David Dykas, Jeanette Smith and Jay Long, all Senior Consultants at Plexent, have been awarded by The priSM Institute’s Professional Recognition for IT Service Management (priSM®) program the credential of Distinguished Professional in Service Management (DPSM).

This adds to the list of recognized Plexent consultants which includes Matt Anticevich, Steve Janssen and Adriaan van de Rijken and Distinguished Professionals as Julie Montgomery, as an Associate in Service Management.  priSM is unique in the industry for its thorough, objective and multi-level assessment of ITSM experience, education, knowledge and skills.

The priSM credential levels include:

• Fellow in Service Management (FSM)

• Distinguished Professional in Service Management (DPSM)

• Professional in Service Management (PSM)

• Associate in Service Management (ASM)

• Student in Service Management (SSM)

In order to maintain the credential, ongoing professional commitment to the field of Service Management is required and may be met by satisfying the priSM Continuing Professional Development (CPD) requirements and an annual credential renewal.
